Scope of Work:
• Pump out Grease Trap and clean Inlet and Outlet of each tank.
• Hydro jetting from the Grease Trap to the inside of the Restaurant “We will clean entire restaurant with Hydro jetting “
• Hydro jetting from the Grease Trap Tank to the city Sewer.
• Degreaser treatment for each Grease Tank.
IMPORTANT: Any Service Calls For: Clogs, pipes not draining, drain overflowing inside or outside of the
Kitchen will be included on the Maintenance plan with NO EXTRA COST Any Time 24/7
Maintenance Plan Include entire restaurant inspection to prevent any drain from getting clog, also a
degreaser treatment for drains and pipes.
Minimum 6 Month Contract
Grease Trap Cleaning with no Contract will not include Service calls for Overflowing pipes or clogs for cost
Included on maintenance plan.
We will stay with the Same Price From existing Contracting Company. Need Proof of existing Contract
Term and Conditions:
Cancel contract minimum 15 days before the next cleaning date.
Contract will start after the first payment.
Once the initial payment is processed, it signifies acceptance of the contract by both parties for the subsequent 6 months. After these 6 months, the contract will automatically renew for another 6-month period, and this will continue until either party decides not to renew. The client will not incur any penalty for early cancellation of the contract.
